Terms & Conditions

All of our products are handmade and fully customized according to each client’s specifications. Please read the following terms carefully before placing an order:

 

 

 

1. Custom Orders

 

 

  • Every item is made to order and designed based on the details you provide.

  • It is very important that you are as specific as possible when describing your request (colors, text, style, design elements, measurements, etc.). Once production begins, changes may not be possible.

 

 

 

2. Deposits & Payments

 

 

  • A non-refundable deposit of $75 is required to confirm your order.

  • This deposit secures your place in the queue and covers materials and preparation.

  • If materials have already been cut or production has started, the deposit will not be refunded under any circumstances.

 

 

 

3. Processing Time

 

 

  • Current processing time is approximately 6 to 8 weeks, not including shipping.

  • Rush orders may be accepted with an additional fee, depending on availability.

 

 

 

4. Pricing & Shipping

 

 

  • Final pricing varies based on size, design complexity, and customization level.

  • Shipping costs are calculated once your piece is packaged and weighed.

  • Most packages are shipped via USPS or UPS with tracking. For Puerto Rico, shipping typically starts at $60.12, but may vary.

 

 

 

5. Cancellations & Refunds

 

 

  • Custom orders cannot be canceled or refunded once materials are purchased or work has begun.

  • If your order has not entered production, you may request to cancel, but your deposit will still be non-refundable.

 

 

 

6. Damages & Shipping Issues

 

 

  • All packages are carefully packed for safe transit. Once the item is shipped, Crafting by Isa is not responsible for delays, damages, or lost packages caused by the shipping carrier.

  • If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours with photos so we can help you file a claim.

 

 

 

7. Communication

 

 

  • Most communication will be handled via email or direct message through Instagram or Facebook.

  • Please ensure your contact information is correct when submitting your order.

8. Payment Methods

 

 

We accept the following payment methods:

 

  • ATH Móvil (Puerto Rico) – information will be provided upon request

  • Zelle

  • Credit/Debit Cards – processed securely through our website

  • Cash App

  • Apple Pay

 

 

Full payment (or remaining balance) is required before shipping. All transactions are secure, and your payment information is never stored.
