At Crafting by Isa, each item is handcrafted and fully customized to meet your specific request. Due to the personalized nature of our work, we do not accept returns under any circumstances.

 

 

Please note:

 

 

• All customers are involved in the design process and approve the concept before production begins.

• We share updates and photos during the process to ensure you’re informed every step of the way.

• Since each order is made specifically for you, it cannot be resold, and therefore, returns or exchanges are not permitted.

 

 

If there is an issue with your order due to damage during shipping, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage, and we will assist you in filing a claim with the shipping carrier.
