Processing Time

 

 

• Orders are made to order and typically take 6 to 8 weeks to complete before shipping.

• Rush orders may be available with an additional fee, depending on current workload.

 

 

 

Shipping Rates

 

 

• Shipping costs vary depending on size, weight, and destination.

• Most packages are shipped via USPS or UPS, and shipping to Puerto Rico typically starts at $60.12, but this can change depending on the final weight.

• The exact shipping cost is calculated and added to your invoice once your order is complete.

• We currently ship within the United States and Puerto Rico.

 

 

 

Tracking

 

 

• All packages include a tracking number, which will be shared with you once your order ships.

 

 

 

Lost, Damaged, or Delayed Packages

 

 

• Crafting by Isa is not responsible for delays, loss, or damage caused by the shipping carrier.

• If your item arrives damaged, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery and provide clear photos of the item and packaging. We will assist you in filing a claim with the carrier.
